Siam Park is the water park in Costa Adeje, southern Tenerife. It opened in 2008, is themed from top to bottom as a Thai kingdom, and has spent years near the top of the best-water-parks-in-the-world lists that TripAdvisor compiles from its users’ reviews.

What they do

It is a full-day water park run by the same group as Loro Parque in the north of the island. The business is the entry ticket: you pay once and use every attraction, and there are combined tickets with Loro Parque for anyone visiting both.

Two things set it apart from an ordinary water park. One is the theming, which is not loose decoration but a built ensemble using materials and craftsmanship brought from Thailand, entrance building included. The other is the scale of the rides: the Tower of Power is a near-vertical drop through an aquarium containing sharks, and the Mai Thai River is a slow river that runs through much of the park and passes inside that same tank.

Beyond the slides there is an artificial white-sand beach with a wave machine — Siam Beach —, a separate children’s area, private cabanas for hire and its own catering. It is designed for a family to spend the whole day without leaving.

Worth knowing beforehand

The big rides have height and weight limits, and some do not admit non-swimmers. They are published ride by ride on their website and are worth checking in advance if you are going with small children or with someone who cannot swim, because it shapes the day quite a lot.

Southern Tenerife is the driest, sunniest part of the island, so the park runs all year; in winter some attractions are heated. Queues build at midday, and people who arrive at opening time usually get the big rides without waiting.

Before you go

  • Opening times, prices and the height and weight limits for each ride are on their website. Nothing is booked or charged here.
  • Access is from the TF-1, Costa Adeje exit, with its own car park; many southern hotels run transfers.
  • Towels and lockers are hired separately. Footwear you can get wet saves a lot of bother.
  • Use water-resistant sun cream: southern Tenerife has a high UV index almost all year.
  • If you are also visiting Loro Parque, check the combined ticket before buying the two separately.

What Siam Park offers: 4 activities

These are the activities this company publishes on its own website. They are booked there: each link takes you to its page.

Photos show the island or the business, not each specific activity.

Indicative prices, taken from each company’s website on September 11, 2026. They change with the season, age, Canary residency and sales channel, so we make no commitment about the price on their website right now: check it there before booking. We take no part in that booking and charge nothing for it.
